I’m part of a local group that prepares meals for new moms, or moms who have recently had surgeries or accidents and are out of commission. The meal prep is easy. The frustrating part was how much I was spending on EZ foil/Handi Foil baking pans.
One of the moms gave me a tip: the local dollar store sells the very same name brand pans, two pans for $1. Considering how many meals I make each month, and how much I had been spending at the regular supermarket, that’s a huge difference. I went there today and stocked up on enough pans to last me for months. Now I’ll be ready to go the next time a request comes in.
