I just realized that it’s day 32. Day 32! How did 32 days pass so quickly?
I realized something this morning, something quite unexpected. Inflamed tendon notwithstanding, I’ve felt really good lately. Never underestimate the power of hydration, sleep and burning all of that energy out of your muscles. Of course, none of that has applied here.

Net Calories: Moderate.
Overall Assessment
I say that I’m not exercising, but I’m physically tired at the end of the day. Turns out that all of the running between sessions, all of the standing, all of the networking… it’s both physically and mentally draining. I don’t know that I could handle much more activity.
